- CYAN Xpress line is a different route to an attraction that enables guests to skip a long queue. This ticket gives fast accessibility to the rides and can be purchased via our online platform or at the counter of the waterpark.
5- My friend has a CYAN Express Pass; can I join him on the express line if I didn’t purchase a CYAN Express Pass?

- Unfortunately, there isn’t any raft conveyor for the above rides, the riders shall queue at the line near the catch pool and carry their rafts with them to the top of the tower.

- Yes, you can ride alone in the complex except on “THE SPINNER’’. Please take note that as a single rider, you have to wait at the queue area beside the catchpool or find another single rider to pair up with before you can be allowed to access “THE SPINNER’’.

- CYAN Xpress line is a different route to an attraction that enables guests to skip a long queue. This ticket gives fast accessibility to the rides and can be purchased via our online platform or at the counter of the waterpark.
5- My friend has a CYAN Express Pass; can I join him on the express line if I didn’t purchase a CYAN Express Pass?
- CYAN Express line is designated only for the guests who have bought CYAN Express tickets. If you are tagging along a guest without CYAN Express tickets, both of you would have to queue on the normal line.
6- Can I choose which position to sit on the tube?
- For safety reasons and to experience thrilling moments, the dispatch lifeguard will be the sole determinant of the seating sequence of each rider. The seating sequence will be based on the weight of the riders.
7- Is there a raft conveyor for these rides?
- Unfortunately, there isn’t any raft conveyor for the above ride, the riders shall queue at the line near the catch pool and carry their rafts with them to the top of the tower.
8- Why are there weighing scales at the top of the towers?
- To enjoy a smooth experience, each group must be weighed before dispatch to ensure the maximum safety of all riders. Please note that all riders/groups of riders must reweigh each time they visit the attractions before dispatch.
9- Can I ride alone at these attractions?
- This attraction is for two riders. Please take note that as a single rider, you have to wait at the queue area beside the catchpool or find another single rider to pair up with before you can be allowed to access the attractions.
10- Which items are not allowed on these rides?
- All forms of loose items (e.g. jewelry, mobile phones, inappropriate swimwear, rubber soles aqua shoes, etc.) aren’t allowed at these attractions.
11- Is regular clothing allowed on these rides?
- The only permitted costumes on these attractions are recognized swimwear. Inappropriate swimwear (e.g. cotton, jeans, wool, chinos, khaki, etc.) is not allowed to be worn inside our attraction.
12- Can lifeguards stop me from accessing the ride if they notice any rule violations?
- Yes, the lifeguards are solely in charge of their zones/dispatch areas. The Lifeguard has the right to prevent a guest from accessing an attraction if the guest doesn’t comply with all the requirements or violates the set rules and regulations. This safety measure has been put in place to prevent injuries/aquatic emergencies.
13- What would happen if I ignore the lifeguard’s instructions and jump into the slide without their permission?
- This act is classed as a significant safety violation and any guest found doing this will be ejected immediately from the waterpark or handed over to law enforcement officers. Please adhere to the instructions given by the lifeguard and follow all safety protocols.
14- Are guests permitted to swim in the catch pool?
- Swimming is not allowed in rides catch pools, there are dedicated areas for swimming such as the Wave Pools and Lazy River.
15- Can I take slide rafts/tubes with me to another area?
- Rafts/tubes aren’t permitted to be carried around while in the waterpark. They are to be used only in their designated areas.
16- Can expectant mothers or guests with varying health conditions access these attractions?
- This attraction is not recommended for expectant mothers, or persons with a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems due to the fact these rides have different characteristics (steeps, turns, & varying thrills levels).
17- Are ABAYAS allowed on these slides?
- For the safety of everyone, ABAYA is prohibited in the water. There are varieties of modest swimwear available in our retail shop.
18- Is jumping, running/horseplay allowed in and around these attractions?
- Running, jumping ropes, and other forms of horseplay are highly prohibited in and around the pool/attractions/waterpark. We highly recommend that guests refrain from doing this and also that, parents and guardians restrict their kids from running or involving in horseplay.
19- Is tilting or shaking of the tubes allowed while riding on these attractions?
- Tilting and shaking the tubes while riding on the attraction is highly prohibited. Please adhere to the instructions given by the lifeguard at the dispatch point.
